Friday's Race Preview

In my weekly race preview last week I wasn't too far off with my Brian Vickers prediction.

And two weeks before that I had the top 5 pretty much nailed, including Kasey Kahne.

It almost looks like I know what I'm talking about.

Personally, I consider it a form of beginners luck because I'm just starting out with this whole newspaper thing. I'm quite sure that I'll miss the mark with my predictions and watch-for's sooner or later. Until that happens though I'll just keep on riding that wave.

As far as who I'm really pulling for at MIS this weekend, well, even though I didn't really mention him in my article, I really want Dale Jr to get that 1st win monkey off of his back. But if Jr does not win then I would really like to see Travis Kvapil in the unsponsored Yates Racing Ford pull a victory out of his hat. I think it would be good for his team to get that win, more so than Dale Jr getting his first win for Hendrick that's for sure.
