Yeah, I know what you mean. That is a frustrating thing as a coach. I love your quote that you had to start on your blog. Its very true.
Anyways, I tried to get you an ad, somehow. That was the best that I could come up with. I may look to get you another idea in a future blog.

Watching your team underperform is fairly agonizing and taxing, especially during half time/ between periods/ during time outs, when you have to get them back on track.
One of the things I will aways adhere to is my own rule to not critisize my teams when they are underperforming. At that point morale is low and you have to encourage them as well as instill some self confidence. But boy, seeing your team be uninspired out there can make it pretty damn hard.
Anyway, coaching is way better than playing in my view (and I was an above average player); there is no better moment in my week than after 6 days of hard work stand on the sideline watching my team warm up and watching the crowd walk in. Almost better than…
