Spencer Hall reports live from the Cocktail Party in Jacksonville.


Yes that is a bulldog with a Gator sweater on, and no, the universe did not just collapse in on itself. It's just the World's Largest Cocktail Party in full swing in Jacksonville, where your correspondent is finding operating conditions to be difficult; while beer seems to be raining from the sky, wireless is scanty.

For the record: First public intoxication arrest seen, 12:30. First beer seen at 8:15 a.m.
