↵Missing Brandon Jacobs all afternoon and Plaxico Burress for all but the game's first series, the New York offense performed at a level short of stunning. But Eli Manning nor Derrick Ward made no mistakes, and that's enough given the excellent defensive effort.
↵Ken Whisenhunt literally kicked it old school, having Neil Rackers attempt the rarely seen "fair catch free kick" to end the second quarter. The rules are complicated and arcane, but basically Arizona attempted a 68-yard kick ... with no allowed rush from the Giants and no snap. It was weird, man. (Also, it was no good.)↵
