"It's Week 17 and I don't know what it's like to win an NFL game," [Cherilus] said somberly. "The situation we're in has to be enough to give everything you've got in this last game. It's our Super Bowl."No word on the halftime entertainment, or even whether most of the country will be able to see Super Bowl 42.5 on basic cable. And as long as we're all being honest ... I'm just going to watch for the commercials.

The lousy teams get off way too easy. To determine the first draft pick should be a Monday Nighter to cap the first week of real playoff action. The contest is played in the venue of the club with the "best" record and tickets are free. The winner gets the first choice, while the loser gets the second overall draft pick.
This is a reward/punishment situation…..it’ll cost the teams revenue to stink, but the reward could have apathetic fans cheering in the spring.

If Green Bay doesnt send them into 0-16 history, the game is fixed.
