Bud Selig Makes a Lot of Money

Citing tax filings and other stuff I don't understand or bother with (taxes are for the birds, baby), SportsBusiness Journal has concluded that MLB commish Bud Selig makes a total of $15.06 million. Per year. And to do what, exactly?

Oh, but it gets more ridiculous. The commish has an allowance/expense account of $140,603. Seems appropriate, what with all the traveling he has to do to and from the bank, cashing those million dollar paychecks. Seriously, his expense account is more than enough to live a life of luxury, so what could he spend the other $15 mill on? I'm gonna go with fashionable spectacles and red ties, two staples of every single outfit he owns.

As for the other commissioners, well, they're all poor people. Goodell makes $11.2 million, Stern makes about $10 million, and Bettman is paid in delicious, fried The Sporting Blog Archives.
