All Your Questions About Clark Kellogg Answered

By Will Brinson

I wondered early in the tournament why Clark Kellogg looked so "ashy". And now, I may have my answer*. Baking soda.

Actually, the only thing that got confirmed was my belief that everyone on the CBS set thinks Kellogg is a goof. And that was locked in by the fantastic Gumbel eye roll after the ridiculous baking soda analogy. Oh, and by the fact that he referred to Drew Lavender as "ipoddish", stemming from the Latin word "ipod" which means "comes in a small package and produces sweet music."

Sadly, Kellogg went out on the proverbial limb and picked four number one seeds this year; he may actually hit his complete Final Four picks, meaning he won't be going anywhere anytime soon. It's a powder, dude. It's not versatile.

*Of course, the innuendo is in no way serious. But that doesn't make the analogy any less ridiculous.
