Great blog and idea, KD! I liked it!
-The Bears might get some offense now because of Grossman having a week to work with the first team offense. That should help him.
-I couldn’t agree more on the Yankees. I wonder how much more this will happen.
-Yeah, the NBA could use all the help it can get.
-You maybe right about Notre Dame. I think they may step down a notch, if Quinn leaves early. But, I won’t rule out them getting better because Weiss works very hard in game preperation and that will have a long term effect on the program.
-Its hard to explain the wrath of Patriot injuries. But, yet they continue to be the Pats, winning football games. I guess it goes to show you that if you have depth, you can still put a winner on the field.
-The Raiders need some direction and I am not sure how they will get it. They keep doing the same thing over and over again. They seem to get the pieces to the puzzle, but yet can’t put together. They are very difficult to figure out.
-I like your Bud Selig comment and that is all that needs to be said.
-I have always liked Brett Favre as a person and is one of the toughest QB’s I have ever seen. I mean he hasn’t missed a game since 1992! Its really tough to be a Packers fan, right now.
-YES WE NEED A PLAYOFF SYSTEM. Oh wait, Congress just reminded us again. Thanks for letting us in on the top secret info on the BCS system! But, we have known that for a long time. So let’s get the playoff system going now!
*My Christmas gift besides playing ball with my nephews is for a Bears win on Christmas Day! Of course, you probably new that! But, that’s all I want in terms of the sporting world!
P.S. Are you going to distribute the games for the final games this coming week? Just let me know and I will see what I can do to get the games assigned, in case you can’t.
Have a great Christmas and I’m signing off Coach K’s blog,

Maybe if we both put it on our list for X-mas we will get it. Go Braves! ( I already can’t wait for the season to start, i miss my baseball! )

Mojo, am looking forward to the season too. Good to have such a knowledgeable Braves-guy here, refreshing after dealing with all the Yankee, Cubs (sorry BSF) and Red Sox apologists. Guess we will have a lot to talk about during the season.

Nice List Koen, Loved the Selig Glasses line. I think Brett should come back for one more, he is an all time great and can pass some records if he stays for one more. His team has been beat up since day one also which hasn’t helped.
Good post,
Merry Christmas

great list KD! I love the “proud to be your” Bud comments too!!! I’m not a Braves fan but have family that has been through all three cities, so I can appreciate the Closer with no debilitating mental issues line too!!! Sad how you and I are the only ones who get it when it comes to Brett Favre needing to ride off into the sunset…
Merry Christmas and we’ll catch back up in a few days….
