Sue Myrick, representative for the Charlotte/Gastonia 9th District in the United States House of Representatives, takes valuable time out of her busy congressional life to congratulate Ric Flair on his recent induction into the WWE Wrestling Hall of Fame. Surely, she wouldn't...
...yes, that's not only a WOOO! on the floor of this nation's legislature, but a follow-up WOO! from someone else in the background. I can only hope it was Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi who gave the response to Myrick's Call, or perhaps a visiting and fired-up Vice President Cheney from an undisclosed location off-camera.

He’s also a huge Gators fan. He used to walk the sidelines at Gator games every week and I had the pleasure of sharing my 1996 National Championship experience with him in New Orleans. Woooooo!!!!

She could have got up, knife-edge chopped Rep. Pelosi, yelled woo and it would have had the same effect as her speech.

I don’t remember a time in my life without Ric Flair. He’s my favorite of all time (I’m not alone in that) and is super cool. The way that Vince McMahon sent him off and showed such great respect is unheard of in the entertainment industry. I’m happy for the nature boy. And, btw, it is WHOOOOO!…with an H after the W. I swear, you guys cant even spell! hehe

What other country would embrace the ridculous psuedo sport that is Professional Wrestling in the same building that decides our laws. Why don’t they just add stripper poles? How embarassing.

I have no problem with the Congressmember from Ric Flair’s home district doing this. The guy has spent 30 years entertaining millions of Americans, so this is not out of line at all. Congrats to the Nature Boy on a well deserved retirement. WHOOOOOO!!!!
