Bronson Arroyo Will Not Let Anyone Forget That He Plays the Guitar

This is not the first time that Bronson Arroyo has been featured in a commercial for a really crappy looking product, wailing away on a guitar near some loser that likes to eat. And it probably won't be the last. Arroyo likes to sell things and play guitar. And clearly, judging by his 5.48 ERA, he cares more for those things than letting Dusty Baker destroy his arm pitching well.

Tuhhhh-gaaaaathhheeer Aggggaaaaain. Ugh. At least everyone left Peter Gammons' dignity and soul alone this time.

Living in Cincinnati, imposible to go an entire day without someone blurting out “there Tuhhhh-gaaaaathhheeer Aggggaaaaain”. The commercial aires every half inning on the Reds’ FSN telecasts, so it’s impossible to not have that song stuck in your head at all times. It’s actually reached the point of being beloved and hilarious simply because it is on so frequently that the city has had it’s collective will broken and has decided to laugh along.

I can completely believe that. As soon as I got done posting this I found myself unable to stop singing it. Poor, poor Cincy.
