I'm all for not seeing color and erasing barriers between peoples. But marring this otherwise stirring tribute to Yao is the fact that, when it's time for an actual basketball scene, there's not a single Asian-American on the court. What's up with that?
Or maybe I'm taking this the wrong way, and it's meant to imply that Yao is now a role model to ballers of all races, colors, and creeds.
