This is awesome because I can’t wait to do the Brett Favre-Moonwalk glitch. HOORAY TO EASPORTS AND THEIR ONGOING EFFORTS TO RELEASE VIDEO GAMES WITHOUT TESTING THEM! WHAT WOULD US GLITCHERS DO WITHOUT GLITCHES?

you can cut people from the all time team? Thats not right. Yet another reason to hate the madden franchise.

Honestly, I’m not even sure being able to cut guys from the all-time team is a new feature. I’d have to pull out the ol’ copy of 08 to see, but this strikes me as something that has always been there. I’ve also got an e-mail into EA just to verify what they’d do if Favre made a move and also if they’d do anything to the cover.

As a Browns fan, I’ve been trading bums for marquee players for years! All you have to do is make sure you have a roster spot available at the position of the player you want to trade for (this worked on PS2). It’s really one of the most un-realistic features of Madden. You might not be able to do it during a “season”, but I’m pretty sure you can shuffle rosters until you are blue in the face.
What could be more fun than trading your 6th string cornerback for a Hall of Fame QB? Just make sure you cut your back-up QB to make room for him!

I’m not really with it, and still play a ps2. Does anyone have any ideas of how to unlock Favre on the ps2 version of Madden 09?
