That was the scene this evening as Hamilton left the field after batting practice. As if his show in the Derby wasn’t enough, he took time to sign autographs for every person along that rail. Except for Lipton, who just stood there, dazed and confused like a creepy old man. It should also be noted that in two days on the field watching BP, Hamilton (today) and Jeter (yesterday) are the only two All-Stars I saw stop and sign autographs. Although Jeter is kind of expected to, so extra credit goes to Hamilton.

Lipton must have the same facial expression all the time. Someone could be sneaking up on Josh to hit him with a steel chair and he’d keep the same face.
