Surprisingly, this Soul parade had quite a turnout. Just ask team co-owner Bon Jovi:
Bon Jovi, who has performed in front of millions of fans, was impressed by the crowd's exuberance.Actually, JBJ would be lying if he told you today that there were 100,000 people on Market Street for the celebration. I know this because the VERY NEXT PARAGRAPH in the article told me so:"I'd be lying if I told you 6 years ago that I would have envisioned 100,000 people on Market Street,” he said.
One high-ranking police official told a member of the Soul's front office there were approximately 10,000 fans and onlookers lined along Market Street.Eh, only off by about 90,000. But good guess, Jon. Although you’ll understand when we question your assertion to having "seen a million faces, rocked them all."
