Two points could be made about this photo. One: Michael Phelps possesses such a ridiculous amount of gold that, when hung around his neck, he appears to be wearing some kind of high-fashion women's midriff top. Two, if Michael Phelps has not achieved anything else besides obliterating Olympic records and performing a feat of astounding athleticism, he has given the ladies (
