'Boom Goes the Dynamite' Guy Lands TV Gig

You certainly don’t need a refresher on who Brian Collins is, but just in case, here ya go:

It’s now three years later, and Brian has graduated from Ball State and used his stardom from the video above to catapult himself into a gig in the sporting capital of the south: Waco, Texas. According to his bio, he just started at the ABC KXXV affiliate this month, and his hopes for the coming days include visiting Lake Waco and the Dr. Pepper Museum. Clearly, there’s a lot to do in that city.

Seriously though, Brian is an inspiration to us all. If someone call fail that epically while attempting their dream profession, yet still manage to land a gig in that line of work, well, then I’d say there’s hope for us all. Except for Rex Grossman. Once you are replaced by Neckbeard, your career is done.

I was just watching this video the other day and reliving it’s awesomeness.

God bless his little heart

Chris – no need to knock Waco.  There is actually alot going on in Waco right now, and is home of Baylor University (15,000 students).  The Lake he is referring to is a huge, beatiful lake where many Wacoans and college kids can be found on their boats skiing and having a good time.

I absolutely CANNOT believe he landed a job in Waco, TX, but I will say I doubt Brian Collins will have his hand on the pulse of the Central Texas nightlife.
