Clemson's James Davis Makes Voting Easy

James Davis is an exceptional running back at Clemson University. He has gained 3,505 yards in his career with the Tigers, and has scored 41 TDs. I met his mother outside the Georgia Dome before the Alabama/Clemson game in Week 1, and she was a lovely woman wearing an orange jersey that read "James' Mom" on the back. Their barbecue smelled delicious, and they all seemed like very nice people, those Davises.

James Davis, though, is not a paid political scientist, as this interview in The State shows.

Q: The presidential race, Obama or McCain?

A: Obama. Really, I didn’t even know who he was going against, but that’s the only one I hear about.

James Davis is poised to become Clemson's all-time rusher if he gains 835 yards this year, and is majoring in sociology. They play someone in two weeks, but I don't even know who they're going against.
