Australian Tennis Coach Knows Women

You may remember Roger Rasheed best as the man who in the midst of calling a Venus Williams match last year described a lingering shot of her posterior as "a pretty nice sight" on air, establishing himself as a man who truly knew how to sensitively interact with the opposite sex.

Rasheed was at least being complimentary in that instance. This cannot be said for his latest remarks about female tennis players, the best of whom he believes are carrying "extra baggage" in the weight department. As a married man for over a decade now, I'd like to help Mr. Rasheed rephrase his obviously inaccurate statements. That is not "extra baggage;" it is instead a sign of "inner confidence" on the part of female tennis players, and it looks just fine on you, baby. Really, it does. You were too skinny anyway, and it hurt to hug you.

Also, Rasheed may want to reconsider his remarks after seeing this photo of Serena Williams:

To hell with the gun show: that's a howitzer fiesta there. And it looks great on you, baby. No, I mean, baby, only in the most respectful way, only because I love you and am terrified of being beaten to death with biceps that could asphyxiate a buffalo in seconds.
