Winter X Games Remain Gnarly, Brah

The X Games is completely manufactured entertainment created entirely by ESPN and who the hell cares: it has snowmobile double backflips, and you could get my lactose-intolerant self to an all-you-can-eat cheese buffet if you say you have men double-flipping huge engines on skis thirty feet in the air.

That is Levi LaValle, who did not get full credit for the first ever double backflip on a snowmobile because "he didn't land it properly."

Hogwash, I say. The XGames needs to start following Launchpad McQuack rules here, as any landing you can walk away from is a good landing, even if the resulting force from the landing tosses you sideways as if you were being swatted from the seat by the hand of an angry but playful deity. If you doubt this, consider what failure to land a snowmobile flip off a ramp really looks like, and then get back to me.
