If the video of Josh McDaniels’ celebration after beating the Pats on Sunday wasn’t enough to make you swoon, this video of him wired up during Week 4 should:
I can’t decide what’s more endearing: Mocking the Cowboys — “I know this is America’s team, but this is ridiculous.” — or the fact that Brian Dawkins, who is three years older than McDaniels, address him as “sir.”

The energy and passion that McDaniels gives off
is contagious. I don’t think there is another head coach in the NFL that is as “hands on” as McDaniels. Bronco fans were able to see this during the pre-season as he worked one on one with just about every position.
