Well, the playoffs are just now getting into full swing, but for team’s like the Chicago Cubs, the only remaining suspense lies in the offseason. In that spirit, SBN’s excellent Cubs blog Bleed Cubbie Blue unveils their 2009-10 Offseason Mad Libs, in which fans can pick whichever salacious rumors they’d like to start. Note: I’m 98% sure this is how ESPN’s Rumor Central grabs their headlines.
It’s a brilliant piece of media satire, anyway, and as someone with crippliing ADD, I also found it an excellent time-waster. Please, someone make this into a full-time website so we can do this every day.
