File under "Ways Not to Endear Yourself to Your Fanbase, Especially When You're 0-6": Wearing the jersey of a rival team to a public function. That's what Titans coach Jeff Fisher did at today's Rally for Rocketown luncheon:
Yep, that's Fisher in front of the lectern wearing a Peyton Manning jersey. Why would he do such a thing? He said, "I just wanted to feel like a winner." Do a quick scan of the comments over at Music City Miracles if you wanna see how hilarious the fans think this is.

Stupid Post
He was honor Tony Dungy at a benefit for an inner city thing. Laugh at the joke and quit being an idiot. Get some context! Gee!

What i find funny is that you had to make a new account just to insult someone. I mean really what is the worse thing that could happen if you posted on your actual account?
"Did you feel you did well against Lindland?" "
Hell no.. I wanted to break the law"

It wasn’t me who didn’t find it funny — I couldn’t care less, I’m not a Titans fan. I was pointing out that actual Titans fans (follow the link) aren’t enjoying it.
But yeah, I guess I am a stupid idiot, as you so eloquently point out.

If I were a Titans fan I would be more pissed off that the team continues to wear Houston Oilers garb on the field.
What is with those stupid throw back uniforms anyway? What a waste of money – and disrepectful to the TITANS fans who buy and wear TITANS garb!

For a charity, as a joke?
As a Dolphins fan, the equivalent would be Sparano in a Brady jersey. If he was honouring one of the greatest men in football, I don’t think I would have a problem with it.
