A few minutes ago, ESPN’s Bruce Feldman shared this bit of amusing news:
There are seven kids named Shaq on the football recruiting radar in the Class of 2010. Wonder if there will be more LeBrons in the 2021 class?
First of all, it’s sort cruel to saddle any child with a such an impossible standard: no matter how hard they try, they will never be as ubiquitous and annoying as Shaq.

But more to the point: why doesn’t some mid major school just offer every single "Shaquille" a scholarship? Could you imagine a team full of Shaqs? Sure, they might not be good per se, but in name alone they’d be the most intimidating team in the country.
