You don't have to be a hockey fan to know the story of the 1980 Miracle on Ice. It's amazing the impact a hockey game had on the entire country and especially on hockey fans .
It had an especially large impact on Jim Sacco, a hockey fan that was a 13 year-old in Boston when the United States beat the Soviets in Lake Placid. Jim has shared that impact with his five year-old son, who is nicknamed "Rizzo" because of Mike Eruzione the captain of the 1980 team.
Rizzo has watched the movie Miracle so many times that he is able to recite the famous speech delivered by Herb Brooks before the United States faced the Soviets in the famous game. If you haven't seen the video yet it will make your day.
Rizzo was only four years old when he did his interpretation of Kurt Russell in the movie Miracle. It's simply amazing how close he is to the real speech from the movie.
