The forecast for tomorrow’s 7:37 p.m. local time start of Game 3 between Phillies-Rockies: About 30 degrees with a 60% chance of snow showers. Not exactly great baseball weather.
Although Pedro Martinez, who grew up in the cold-weather climate of the Dominican Republic, is just fine with it:
Pedro, on concerns about pitching in cold/snow Saturday: "I’m going to enjoy the snow. Maybe I’ll be rounding the bases in a snowmobile."
