As soon as we saw Rams-Lions on the schedule, we all knew we were in for an ugly sight, and it doesn't appear that we were wrong. The Rams' James Butler intercepted a Matt Stafford pass near the end zone, only to make his way back into the end zone and get himself tackled. Safety!
FanHouse's Twitter brings up an interesting point:
Not sure Rams even caught that ball ... Rams could wind up challenging that their own guy didn't intercept it. That ever happened before?
That, I think, would have been the ugliest thing to ever happen in the history of football. I realize that's saying a lot.
