The folks over at Battle Red are still working through the aftermath to form their postgame thoughts. However at least a few commenters are already making their feelings known about kicker Kris Brown, who missed a game-tying field goal as the clock ticked down. It’s the second time in as many games that Brown has cost his team a chance and the fans are less than thrilled.
If there is any accountability in the world this guy needs to be out of a f***ing job. You’re telling me there’s NO one who can make a goddamned kick on the waiver wire? The f***ing Ravens just picked up Billy f***ing Cundiff and he hit 5 field goals. This guy has cost us the chance to win our last two games, and when we’re 8-8 again at the end of the season we’ll need only to look back on this guy who got the yips.
Kris Brown, stay indoors for a while.

Amen!
Two weeks ago…Kris was wearing a Colts Jersey…last night…he was in a Titan’s Jersey. Kris should NEVER be allowed to wear a Texan’s Jersey again. He lost that right last night! Granted…we might have lost in both OT games…but we never got the chance because of Kris’ inability to perform the job he was hired to do. In the past,,,he has been money…lately…he has been ice. If Coach Gary went to bed before making some calls to see if there is a kicker floating around on waivers…then there is a SERIOUS problem in Houston. Kris’ days as a Texan shouldn’t be numbered…they should be done. I was born in Houston…grew up an Oiler fan in the 70’s…followed them to Tennessee…but have been a Texan’s fan since day 1. For the first time…I am starting to wonder.

Hey that's me!
Awesome lol. All Texans fans are not filthy mouthed little bastards like me, just letting you know. I’m just in a glass case of emotion.
