We had originally reported that Pascal Leclaire broke his jaw after being struck by a puck during Monday night’s win over the Capitals, but as it turns out, Leclaire fractured his cheekbone--not jaw--and will need surgery. The timetable for his return is still indefinite.

Ottawa Senators number one netminder Pascal Leclaire will miss time with a broken jaw, according to the Ottawa Citizen.
Leclaire was struck by a deflected puck while sitting on the bench in Monday night's game against the Washington Capitals. Ironically, Leclaire did not play Monday night because he was nursing an injury. With the injury to Leclaire, Brian Elliot becomes the starter in Ottawa, and the team has already recalled Mike Brodeur to serve as Elliot's backup.
