Week 12 Add/Drop: Players On Bad Teams Make Good

ADD

Bruce Gradkowski -It's not so much the fact that the Raiders won a game, it's that he LED the Raiders to victory. He only completed 50% of his passes for 189 yards, 2 TD and an interception, but how about that last drive? Eleven plays for 80 yards in a minute and 39 seconds is pretty impressive. Hopefully you won't need him as a fantasy starter, but the way QBs have been getting injured you never know.

Mohammed Massaquoi - His 115 receiving yards is a fluke but the fact that he led the Browns in receiving certainly isn't. Massaquoi has consistently been Cleveland's best receiver (for whatever that's worth) and if Brady Quinn can continue to put up great good not terrible numbers, Massaquoi will benefit the most.

Brady Quinn - The Browns won't be playing Detroit each week, but Quinn finally turned in a fantasy-worthy performance. For those desperate for a QB who will be playing full time, then Quinn could be your guy. But it's Week 12, so Add/Drop choices are limited; don't blame us when Quinn crashes and burns the rest of the way.

DROP

T.J. Houshmandzadeh - He exploded for 165 yards two weeks ago but settled back to his normal lousy self this week with only 36 yards. Seattle is terrible, QB Matt Hasselbeck just doesn't seem right and Housh is averaging less than 62 receiving yards per game. There doesn't seem to be much upside anymore.

Marshawn Lynch - Is he still on your roster? Since he returned from his suspension he hasn't topped 70 rushing yards in a game. That stinks. Not only that, he's consistently seeing fewer carries than Fred Jackson, who also stinks. Rotating quarterbacks and rotating head coaches don't make for a solid rushing game.

Shaun Hill - If you were holding on to him for some reason, now's the time to let go. Alex Smith threw for three touchdowns against Green Bay, his third multi-TD game in five weeks. Barring an injury, we won't be seeing Shaun Hill on the field again this season.
