When you hear the words “2:30 am” and “car accident” and “charges” in the same story, it’s easy to jump to conclusions and assume that alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. But not so fast…
According to another Florida news outlet, NBC’s WESH, the Florida Highway Patrol does NOT suspect alcohol in this case. Charges are still pending, and the crash is under investigation, but for right now, alcohol has apparently been ruled out.
Additionally, the report cited a source that said Woods is currently being treated for facial lacerations, possibly among other injuries. We’ll have more as it emerges.
