PFT reports:

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan has left today's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with an apparent foot injury. Chris Redman is in at quarterback for the Falcons.

Ryan suffered the injury when Buccaneers defensive end Stylez White rolled on his foot. The Fox broadcasters described the injury as a "jammed toe."

No announcement has been mad about Ryan's injury, but unless it's a serious toe problem -- maybe turf toe or a fractured bone -- it seems reasonable to expect Ryan to return some time in the next few weeks. The Falcons will hope so, anyway.
