After another stellar game from the gray-bearded one, Jamey Eisenberg wonders why owners keep Brett Favre on the bench each week? He cites the stat that Favre was only started in 57% of the leagues at CBSSports.com on Sunday. What more does Favre have to do to get some playing time?
For the season, Favre has 2,774 passing yards, 24 touchdowns and three interceptions. He has as many passing touchdowns as Peyton Manning with eight fewer interceptions. He could end up with more Fantasy points than Tom Brady and Drew Brees depending on what happens Monday night.
I guess if you’re somehow lucky enough to own both Favre and Tom Brady, or Peyton Manning, you have some kind of excuse, but in truth, you should have made a trade weeks ago.
