Don’t know if you’ve noticed, but on our front page all day there’s been this ridiculous, hilarious, and probably tragic story: War Machine Assaults Girlfriend, Others At Porn Industry Party. And really, do you even have to guess which sport produced a headline like that?
The athlete’s name was War Machine.
Plus, if you had to list which sports have the most crossovers with porn, the list would be… “MMA, and… Well, MMA, definitely.” Not that there’s anything wrong with that. But let’s see… sport most likely to prompt this description?

Yeah, so… Definitely something wrong with that. Especially since one was his girlfriend.
As “War Machine” tweeted in the aftermath, “last night was NOT good…lil’ misunderstanding and then WM was back in effect and the bodies hit the floor.” HARF HARF HARF. Anyway, it’s a pretty eye-popping story, and someone else can make the inferences.
But just for the record, if an NBA or NFL player ever pulled something like this, the outcry would be nothing short of deafening. Just sayin’…
