Our sources tell us the Public School System of Greenville has let kids out for the day, a fine mist of alcohol has already enveloped the city, and that preparations are well underway for East Carolina's biggest game of the year, tonight's matchup against Virginia Tech. ECU isn't having quite the same giant-killing year they had last year, but if painted fescue was a 12th man, the Pirates would be up by 50 in the second quarter for this game.
They might lose the game, but that won't be the fault of the groundskeepers, because that is eight different hot flaming kinds of awesome right there.
UPDATE: Will Brinson at Buster Sports is horrified at the prospect of turning on the television tonight and seeing fans dressed up like pirates. He is completely and totally wrong, since a PIRATE OUT is the best college football innovation since the Sippin' Seat.

ECU Alum
Jesus H, that’s insulting — I’m an NCSU guy (we have our own issues, thank you), so frankly, I think this is the most awesome thing of all time. I just wouldn’t be having it if I had gone to ECU.
