Nov 5, 2009 - ESPN's Adam Schefter reports:

Colts starting CB Marlin Jackson tore his ACL on the final play of practice yesterday and will be out for the season.

This is certainly a fairly devastating blow for the underrated Colts' defense, which also lost starting linebacker Tyjuan Hagler for the year this past week.

The high-powered Texans offense, who are dealing with their own injury issues with tight end Owen Daniels out for the year, comes to town this week in a key divisional matchup. Jackson's absence will most assuredly be felt as the Colts try to slow down Andre Johnson and company.
