At close to 7' 5", 14-year-old Brenden Adams is in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's tallest teenage boy.
And he happens to play wide receiver for his middle school team, so presumably he has the world's tallest wide receiver record nailed down as well. Brenden is no athlete. He has serious health problems. His body is full of tumors, his joints are enlarged and he has a recently-discovered heart arrhythmia. “I can’t run anymore,” Brenden explains. “I can’t be active like I used to.”
