Hat tip to FanHouse on this one: the Bears' Tommie Harris managed to get ejected four plays into the game. I haven't been able to dig up the record for quickest ejection in NFL history (yet), but if this set the record for quickest NFL ejection ever, I'd believe it. He earned it by punching the Cardinals' Deuce Lutui:
