Week 13 Add: The Late-Season Market Still Has Quality

It's Week 13, hopefully your only need for the waiver wire is because of injury. If you're trying to replace healthy players on your roster this late in the season, you're probably fighting for the Toilet Bowl in your league. Then again, some fantasy owners are master-tinkerers and just don't feel right unless they put in a waiver claim. Plus, you can never have enough good talent on the bench for the playoffs.

No matter which kind of owner you are, we present some Week 13 options for the truly desperate, or the truly obsessive. Some of these guys shouldn't even be on the waiver wire, but a quick scan of the big fantasy corporate media conglomerations shows they are. If you need some help, check these names on your league's waiver wire.

ADD

QBs

Vince Young - He's still available, and Sunday's effort proved he can produce with his arm.

Alex Smith - Quietly, the former #1 pick is finding his way in San Fran.

Ryan Fitzpatrick - His sudden success with T.O. makes him fantasy-relevant, if just barely.

Josh Freeman - He's showing some potential in Tampa Bay.

Wild Card: Chris Redman - He'll be filling in for Matt Ryan, at least for this week, and the Falcons do have weapons on offense.

RBs

Justin Forsett - Yes, he's still available in many leagues.

Fred Jackson - He looks to be RB1 in Buffalo.

Jerious Norwood - Michael Turner's injury means that Norwood will get plenty of touches down the stretch.

Jamaal Charles - His speed is starting to pay dividends in KC.

WRs

Jason Avant - Avant has been coming on in recent weeks, but now with DeSean Jackson's injury, he could get even more targets.

Malcolm Floyd - He's caught 4 passes for over 40 yards this season - the only problem - none of them were for TDs. But there's potential.

Chris Chambers - Dwayne Bowe's suspension means Chambers has been getting the rock.
