Can You Coach The Wizards? Prove It!

At least for one play. Really. Send us your best inbounds play by Wed. Dec. 23, via email, fax or snail mail, and our crack panel of experts will choose the best one, which the Wizards will try to use during a game. So now's your chance to prove it when you yell at the TV, "I can do better than that!"

I'm not a "loyal ESPN Insider" and don't think that all the advanced statistics in the world could prepare me for trying to motivate an NBA team.

But as loyal Washington Wizards fan, I'm open to just about anything at this point; think you can outcoach Flip Saunders? Uhh... Go for it, dude. Just about anything would be an improvement over our current .318 winning percentage. All I ask is that Deshawn Stevenson doesn't play.

In fact, if I was going to submit something for this contest, that'd be it. No diagram, no backdoor cuts or backscreen mumbo jumbo. Just a simple message for Wizards Coach Flip Saunders:

**Technically, "what it takes" to be a coach isn't an inbounds play, but mountains and mountains of patience. You know, to deal with your perpetual lame duck status, constant second-guessing from your players and fans, and crazy NBA gimmicks, like... well, this contest.
