Freshman point guard John Wall set a Kentucky single-game record with 16 assists, breaking the mark of 15 previously set by Travis Ford in 1993.

Joe Zeglinski scored 19 points and Milton Burton added 18 for the Hawks (2-10), who have dropped eight in a row. Morgan Sabia donated 16 points and six rebounds in defeat.

Sabia knocked down a trey to pull the Hawks within 28-18 with nine minutes left in the first half, but Kentucky closed out the frame on a 29-13 run to take a 57-31 advantage into the break.

The Wildcats began the second half on a 14-0 surge and coasted to the lopsided victory.
