Damn
As a Portugal fan, I’m not to pleased with this draw. Not purely because we are in the group of death, but also because whoever is second in this group will have to play Spain. Which is unfortunate for the second place team as well as for Spain. Especially when you look at the ‘easy’ draws that teams such as France, England, Italy, and Germany recieved.
I don’t believe the NBA draft is random, same can be said here. It’s not so much that I’m bitter about Portugal’s placement, there always is a bracket of death, I’m more upset to see England, Italy, Germany, and particularly, France get such weak draws. It’s time’s like these where you can see who runs FIFA. Also these teams generally get easy draws, not always, but generally. Who knows? I never thought Senegal would beat the defending champions in 2002. Anything is possible
Is it true that Charlize Thieron called out “Ireland” when she pulled France’s name out of the draw?
