Lawrence, KS (Sports Network) - Sherron Collins and Cole Aldrich each scored 15 points to pace top-ranked Kansas to another relatively easy victory, this time a 99-64 rout of Radford.
Collins also had eight assists while Aldrich pulled down nine rebounds, as the Jayhawks (8-0) recorded their seventh double-digit win on the young season, including Sunday's 73-61 decision at UCLA.
Xavier Henry tallied 13 points, while C.J. Henry and Elijah Johnson each netted 11 in the lopsided win.
Joey Lynch-Flohr and Art Parakhouski logged 26 and 21 points, respectively, for the Highlanders (4-3), who were coming off a 61-57 win over Presbyterian on Saturday. Parakhouski also had 13 rebounds in defeat.
Ahead 13-10 midway through the frame, the freshman Xavier Henry showed his versatility by sparking a 14-3 run with a three-pointer and ending it on a dunk.
The Jayhawks cruised to a 36-18 lead at the break and Collins' jumper made it a 22-point game less than two minutes into the second half.
Parakhouski and Lynch-Flohr tried valiantly to keep the score respectable, but a 12-2 Kansas spurt capped by a three-pointer from Marcus Morris with under eight minutes remaining yielded a 74-41 score that was indicative of the uneven talent on the floor.
Kansas extended its nation-leading win streak at home to 47 games...Radford finished a five-game road trip with a 2-3 record...Kansas shot 51.4 percent from the floor, including 9-of-16 from three-point range..The Jayhawks outrebounded the Highlanders, 44-29, and outscored them in the paint, 46-22...Thomas Robinson ended with 10 points and seven boards for Kansas.
