What Did Trent Edwards Do to Deserve T.O.?

Terrell Owens has feuded with some good quarterbacks, Donovan McNabb chief among them. Owens demands a lot of his QB, and by "a lot" I mean "the ball, frequently and accurately and frequently but most of all frequently." McNabb? Not good enough. Peak Jeff Garcia? Not good enough. Tony Romo? Not good enough.

Trent Edwards? MWAHAHAHA ... wait, seriously? Florio:
The Buffalo Bills, not yet a member of the Anti-T.O. List, supposedly are interested in receiver Terrell Owens. ... [C]oach Dick Jauron initiated the process, lobbying the front office (which is now essentially run by non-football guy Russ Brandon) to consider Owens. It’s unknown whether the Bills have a realistic chance of signing Owens.
I don't know T.O. or Drew Rosenhaus. But I think I know their styles well enough to know that, no, the Bills do not have a realistic chance of signing Owens, unless Jim Kelly is coming out of retirement and Dick Jauron owns a time machine. (Even then ...)

J.P. Losman might have lost the Eternal Battle of the Buffalo Depth Chart, but perhaps in the end he actually won. It's never too early for retirement, Trent ...
