Pardon my crow call, but Chuck Hayes! brothers. Hayes has been a stud on defense, he has known his role on offense (role: don't touch the ball unless it's a rebound), and he has a game-high +17 (tied with Shane Battier) as the Rockets lead 54-36. The inability of the Lakers big men to run up a big advantage over their foes can be attributed directly to the efforts of Hayes and partner Luis Scola, who moves a mile a minute while looking like Sloth in motion. "Sneaky agile" is the term, I believe. This post originally appeared on the Sporting Blog. For more, see The Sporting Blog Archives.

I always liked the way Battier just quietly gos about his job. A solid go to guy whose still growing. Barring injury, he’s going to be a great player. The Rockets are a better team than i expected without McGrady and Yao. If they limp into the finals(which I don’t expect to happen)whthout them, that will leave some big question marks in Huston
I really expect Cleavland to sweep all the way to the finals, where they will have a very difficult time and lose to the Nuggest in 7. this will be Carmelo Anthony’s revenge for being cheated out of Rookie of The Year.

Tigner I believe that nuggets can win this year, but I dont think cavs are gonna sweep all the way to the finals.
Battier is gonna be a really special player if he continues to develop.
