Nothing Says 'MMA' Like Spencer Pratt

When I think "head-kicking MMA action," I know you think exactly what I think: Spencer Pratt. He's the useless lump of tissue and beard from The Hills, a show I watched for seven minutes once before I decided my last 12 brain cells didn't need any help reaching a slow but inevitable death.

Look, it's Highlights magazine! Find the thing that doesn't belong ready GO!

That is Pratt, looking so street-hard he just broke the windows in your car and got your girlfriend pregnant with his mad thug-charisma, b-boy mugging away in a promo video for MMA fighter Kevin Casey. Kevin Casey has a professional record of 2-1-0, once allegedly spit on his opponent in a grappling match, and is being promoted by Pratt in his new reality show about MMA and his inability to grow a respectable looking beard. Studies suggest the show is going to suck because Pratt is involved, and I'm not going to argue with science.

Watch the whole video after the jump if you dare to experience the full heat of Kevin Casey's knockoff 1991 G-funk rhymes and Pratt's molten-lava intense posing.

When I think head-kicking MMA action, I think of Mirko CroCop…

With an interesting Light Heavyweight title fight coming up this weekend between Rashad Evans and Lyoto Machida as well as the long overdue grudge match between Matt Hughes and Matt Serra, along with Dream.9 featuring a ridiculous Super Hulk tournament with Jose Canseco, and this is the MMA topic you choose to mention?

Casey didn’t even just spit on some random grappler either, it was Marc Laimon of Cobra Kai.

Wow…that dude is a douche and his willingness to jump behind MMA in hopes of making a few $$$$ shows where the sport is at today!

But as Mod mentioned, why not give us a little about the upcoming UFC title fight?
