I don't really have any idea what's happening in this Bolivian soccer clip except that I'm fairly certain Liu Kang plays for the team in blue. At one point soccer was being played, but then face-kicking began. It was right about at that point that this video wandered right into my heart. Thank you, foreign soccer highlights. You never disappoint.
