USC, BYU Take Tumble Down the Week 3 NCAA Rankings

USC falls out of the top 10 to No. 12 after showing up in Washington for their annual early-season bad-loss and BYU drops to No. 19 after losing to Florida State. The Seminoles and Huskies are rewarded by popping into the top 25 at No. 18 and No. 24, respectively.
