Somehow, the Washington Wizards—who surrendered 103 points-per-game last year on 48% shooting—didn’t make this list. Still, from Jeff at SBN’s Celtics Blog comes a thorough analysis of some of the NBA’s defenses. Namely, who’s the best?
The Spurs, Cavs, Celtics and Magic are all tossed out as potential answers, but for my money, it’s Jeff’s Celtics—when KG is healthy—that come through with the league’s stingiest D. Plus, there’s a lot of KG shouting and Rajon Rondo trash talk, so it’s more entertaining than your typical defensive fare.
