You’ll certainly recall the incident during training camp in which Raiders assistant coach Randy Hanson suffered a broken jaw after allegedly being assaulted in a team meeting by head coach Tom Cable. The organization quickly swept it under the rug, claiming that it was overblown and an “internal issue.”↵
Shockingly, Hanson wasn’t so quick to forget about it. His lawyer, John McGuinn, told NFL Network’s Jason La Canfora that they informed a Napa Valley Police Department detective last week that it was, in fact, Cable who struck Hanson, breaking his jaw. McGuinn says the case has the makings of “felony assault.”
We eagerly away Roger Goodell putting his pimp hand to use on a coach for the first time.
