Looking for a way to kick off the NHL's 2009-10 season? Ten members of the New York Rangers will get face time on the "Late Show with David Letterman" on Wednesday by presenting the Top 10 List.
Henrik Lundqvist, Marian Gaborik, Sean Avery, Chris Drury, Christopher Higgins, Marc Staal, Ryan Callahan, Brandon Dubinsky, Dan Girardi and Donald Brashear are scheduled to appear.
The Rangers open their portion season on Friday against the defending Stanley Cup champion Pittsburgh Penguins. The NHL season begins Thursday.
It's not the first time Rangers players appeared on the show. During the 2008 playoffs Rangers players appeared in a segment in which comedian Chris Elliot tried out for the team. Avery was featured in that sketch.
